The house is a duplex: two floors connected by a spiral staircase.
On the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, is the living room with open fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, on the first floor there are a large double bedroom with view on a secular mulberry tree and the magnificent swimming pool, a second entrance with a large wardrobe from the 19th century the elegant Bisazza golden mosaic tiled the bathroom with tub and shower. The colored plasters are in earth-straw, floors in larch parquet.
The Seles in the Mantuan language is the farmyard where the grains were hung out to dry.
