Located on the first floor of an ancient 17th century building, the house takes its name from the beautiful Loggia in the living room overlooking the Giardino dei Semplici and the thick oak forest. On the other side, the house opens to the historic garden, between the bamboo corner and the opulent Magnolia Grandiflora.
The wall plasters are finished with clay, floors are in larch parquet, all
surfaces have been treated with natural perfumed oils. Topped everywhere with exposed wooden beams, the big flat consists of a very large living room with a really big fully equipped open kitchen and double sofa bed, an elegant double bedroom, a small double attic room with the possibility of an extra bed, and two comfortable bathrooms, tiled with Bisazza golden glowing mosaic, one get a crystal shower cabin and the other a bathtub.
