Solimago is a winery. In Solferino vine has been cultivated with love for thousands of years and wines of great elegance are produced here, our wines blend the strength of a territory not dominated by technology and the sweetness of the mild seasons that develop in this small, precious area nestled between Lake Garda, Mincio River and the Crown of the Morainic Hills so dear to Virgil (who’s born here) and author of Bucolic and Georgian.

Solimago produces organic, original wines processed onsite according to art and science avoiding the use of substances of animal origin (vegan).
The amazing vineyards, cultivated exclusively with organic methods, branch out into the green Bark valley, surrounded by the Renaissance walls of the Solferino’s Castle, among the Colle della Battaglia and, in the south side, kissed by the sun and the summer wind, upon the hill that in terraces thins out to the boundless Po Valley. Our wines are crushed and refined in the 16th century Cellar in the underground of the Historic Mansion, an immense and sumptuous vaulted environment, an epic place that during the hard battle of 1859, was also a refuge and salvation for the whole population of the village.

It’s possible to book wine tastings and guided tours of the vineyards and the cellar, where the ancient structure and modern interventions are combined as if by magic.
