A large, extremely bright Open Space (65m2) with oak parquet floor on the first floor of a 16th century independent building totally restored, once a silk spinning mill. Large bathroom, with waterfall shower overlooking a bamboo grove. The loft opens with slit windows towards the east onto the amazing Solimago’s swimming pool and towards the west onto the centuries-old trees of the garden.

La Baliverna is a house designed for 2/4 persons who can dream on a large king size bed and on comfortable futons on tatami, in a minimalist style of great elegance. A curtain system flexibly separates the living space. This house has a large equipped open kitchen and an outdoor space on the ground floor, under the arches of the porch, where you can spend nice hours in the shade of the centuries-old garden.

The loft can also be used for ground classes and group activities. The recent restoration was carried out according with eco-sustainability criteria. Summer/winter air conditioning is provided by a last generation heat pump system.
