La Cucina di Solimago

La Cucina di Solimago proposes every day different menus, vegetarian and vegan, strictly inspired by the produces of the 12 hectares of Solimago’s estate. Recipes are based only on fresh and organic ingredients organically grown in our gardens or supplied by reliable organic farmers in the area and processed according to the art and creativity of the chef.

It is an ethic, vegetarian and vegan cuisine, inspired by the tradition of our luxuriant area, the finest gastronomic Mediterranean experiences andenriched by our experience in cooking raw food and wise use of wild herbs, aromatich erbs, spices and superfood oftenself produced, all this to offer our guests a comprehensive experience of health and beauty.

Within the charming authenticity of the Agriturismo tradition, La Cucina di Solimago has successfully evolved into a contemporary, cosmopolitan table.

We believe in fresh food without cruelty, healthy, vegetarian/vegan, tasty and beautiful and we wish to reach out to a community of foodies and lovers of curious wonder, attracted by the alchemical formula of well-being: nature, relax, good food.

At our table you will also have the opportunity to taste our fine,organic, vegan wines produced here, among the Morainic, Historic hills of the Garda Lake: Ombra di Solimago, Sole di Solimago, Bark di Solimago and  Scintilla di Solimago, sparkling wine produced by the ancestral method.

The dining hall is open to everybody.

On warm summer nights dinner is served in the garden, under the arcades of an old silk mill of the eighteenth century in the shade of the fragrant magnolia grove.

In the cooler months in the warm three lounges.


From March the 23rd to October the 21st, 2018

  • ITALIAN BREAKFAST, vegetarian and vegan, every day from 08:00 to 10:30 a.m. (Only for resident guests)
  • LIGHT LUNCH à la carte, vegetarian or vegan, every day from 10:30 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.(Only for resident guests)
  • DRINKS and ITALIAN APERITIVI in the evening from 07:00 to 09:00 p.m.(Open to everybody)
  • DINNER from Thursday to Sunday, from 07:00 to 09:00 p.m. (Open to everybody)
  • LUNCH only on Sundays from Noon to 02:00 p.m. (Open to everybody)

For groups of minimum10 guests, by reservation within the day before, we can serve dinner also on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Surprise tasting menu, either vegetarian or vegan, 4-courses meal (drinks not included)

€ 30,00.
Special children’s menu, 2 courses (a main course and a dessert, drinks not included)

€ 15,00.

Solimago can seat:

  • Intensive classes of vegetarian and vegan cuisine, (minimum 10 participants).
  • Banquets, parties and weddings (max 70 people).

At LA BOTTEGA DI SOLIMAGO, which doubles as reception, guests and visitors can learn about and buy our organic home made products: jams, jellies, juices, syrups, aromatics herbs, tomato sauce, sauces, extra virgin olive oil and, of course, our fine wines.
